Houserules

Our goal is to provide all our guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay. For this we have set up a number of instructions for our guests.

Reservation
When making a reservation, the number of people who will spend the night at Op'e Trieme must always be stated correctly.

Maximum occupancy
Op'e Trieme is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It is therefore not allowed to stay in the accommodatie with more than four people. In case of violation of the occupancy indicated on the reservation form, Op'e Trieme will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate for each violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already due.

Check in and check out
Check-in is from 15:00. You can check out until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, other times can be agreed. There is a key box at the front door of the apartment. You can therefore check in and check out on your own initiative. When checking out, make sure the accommodation is tidy when you leave.

Key management
There is one key for your stay in the key box. You must ensure that the doors of the accommodation are locked and that the lighting is switched off. When checking out, the key must be placed back in the key box.

Loss of key
If you lose the key, Op'e Trieme will charge you € 50.00.

Bed linen and towels
Towels are changed for stays longer than 3 days. For stays longer than 7 days, the bed linen will also be changed. The costs of this are included in the price.

Prices
The prices include water, electricity, wifi, bed, bath and kitchen linen. In the unlikely event that the services such as WiFi do not function or do not function properly during the stay at Op'e Trieme, this does not entitle the customer to a refund of all or part of the room price due.

Garden
You have direct access to the adjoining garden and you can make free use of the garden with respect for the plants and the environment. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. We appreciate it when our privacy is respected.

Jacuzzi
We request that you wear swimwear in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi may not be used between 24:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m. No food or drink may be consumed in the jacuzzi. When you are not using the jacuzzi, it must be closed with the cover.

Parking
Guests can park their car on the property next to the accommodation. Parking on the site at Op'e Trieme is at your own risk. Op'e Trieme is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

Waste
Rubbish can be deposited in the designated waste bins. You may leave empty glassware and old paper. We will clean these up in connection with waste separation.

Sound
Op'e Trieme asks its guests to refrain from loud noises in and outside the accommodation, so that no noise nuisance arises for residents and neighbours.

Privately
It is not allowed to enter the private residence. In case of questions or a calamity, we can be reached on telephone number 06-…. (phone call, SMS or Whatsapp).

Pets
Bringing your pet is not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking in the residence is prohibited. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but must be kept free of cigarette butts.

Alcohol and drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited. It is strictly forbidden at Op'e Trieme to possess, use and/or trade drugs. Police are always called in.

Internet
Op'e Trieme offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting websites that are of an unlawful nature or that are inconsistent with Op'e Trieme's reputation as a provider of the accommodation. If nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user is detected or suspected, Op'e Trieme has the right to block access to the internet without further notice.

Injury
Op'e Trieme is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay at Op'e Trieme. If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the host.
